About Akal Khalsa:

Akal is a Registered Nurse and childbirth educator with over 20 years experience. Her passion is working with women preparing to conceive, pregnant women and women and newborns after the birth. She teaches kundalini yoga, prenatal yoga and mama and me yoga.  Akal incorporates the yogic teachings in all she does and connects with families with humor, love and compassion.
