About Tilly Bee

Tilly, mother of a gorgeous SONshine Maarz, has been on a mission to create and support lifestyles that promote wellness and well-being to prevent illness and injury, through strengthening resistance to disease and stress using nutrition, meditation, music, mindfullness and yoga. She uses plants and herbs, African and Eastern Medicine practice, as well as Reiki and breath-work for healing. She holds space within the yoga wellness world as a sampoorna yoga teacher.
