Making the decision to Homeschool, How to Protect Your Child's Imagination, and the Importance of Community
The only in-person interview recorded, Rahel came to Jeana's home on a weeknight and they had the luxury to sit and talk together. Jeana wanted to pick her brain about books she’s reading, her philosophies on parenting, and how she completely transformed her life from a former costume designer living in Los Angeles to a health advocate, herbalist, homeschooling mama and Vermont farmer.
Hold On to Your Kids: Why Parents Need to Matter More Than Peers by Gordon Neufeld and Gabor Maté MD
Rahel is a homeschooling mama of two spirited children. She is also a health advocate, herbalist, nutritionist and a Buteyko breathing coach. Rahel's passion for researching health led her to leave her career as a costume designer in Hollywood and pursue a career in holistic healing. When she is not taking clients, Rahel spends her time milking cows, farming and getting involved in community activities with her children.
